At Yokohama TWS, we are launching NextGen — our new Graduate Program designed to accelerate growth and develop the leaders of tomorrow.

NextGen is different from traditional graduate programs. It is fully personalized around your talents and potential.

Over up to 48 months, you will complete up to three assignments lasting 12 to 18 months each, across different business functions and countries.

We are looking for a Strategy & Business Development Specialist!

The Strategy & Business Development Specialist role is designed for young talents who are passionate about business strategy, project management and corporate development, and who aspire to grow into professionals able to support strategic initiatives within an international environment.

The role supports Business & Strategy Development activities at Yokohama TWS level, contributing to the management and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives across Functions and Regions. Working closely with project teams and cross-functional stakeholders, the candidate will progressively develop expertise in project management, business analysis, market research and strategic decision support.

Throughout the program, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic projects, monitoring key activities and milestones, preparing business analyses and management materials, and contributing to M&A-related activities. The role will also provide exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic decision-making processes, with a strong focus on analytical thinking, effective communication and execution.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop key skills and progressively grow your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Support the management and monitoring of strategic projects, collaborating with relevant Functions, Regions and project teams.

  • Monitor project activities, timelines and key milestones, helping to ensure that projects remain on track.

  • Prepare analyses, supporting materials and documentation required for project reviews and decision-making.

  • Maintain and update project management tools, trackers and reporting materials.

  • Support M&A projects through market research, industry analysis, data collection and information retrieval.

  • Perform business and market analyses to support the evaluation of strategic opportunities and initiatives.

  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries and management materials for senior stakeholders.

  • Consolidate information and inputs from different Functions and Regions, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely availability of information.

  • Support the identification and follow-up of project risks, issues and key actions.

  • Build effective relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to support the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

The gross base salary range for this role is between 27.500 EUR and 33.000 EUR. The final offer will be determined based on objective criteria, including relevant qualifications, professional experience, role-related skills, competencies, internal equity and the approved salary structure.
