Ready to keep things moving? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

If you like staying busy, working with your hands, operating equipment, and being part of a team that gets things done, this could be the job for you. Our Warehouse Associates play an important role in keeping materials moving safely and efficiently in and out of our facility.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is a little different, but you can expect to:

  • Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, along with other warehouse equipment.

  • Load and unload trucks and make sure materials get where they need to go.

  • Pull, prepare, and package orders accurately for shipment.

  • Operate shrink-wrap machines, hoists, lifts, barcode scanners, and other equipment.

  • Assist with receiving and shipping materials.

  • Support inventory and cycle-counting activities.

  • Work with other departments and cross-train to help wherever you're needed.

  • Follow all safety, quality, and service requirements — because doing the job right and doing it safely go hand-in-hand.

  • Take on projects and other assignments that help keep the operation running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything on day one, but we're looking for someone who:

  • Has a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Has experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or similar environment.

  • Has experience with shipping, receiving, and order pulling.

  • Has forklift experience — sit-down and stand-up experience is a plus!

  • Is comfortable learning and operating different types of material-handling equipment.

  • Has good attention to detail and follows through on the task at hand.

  • Can follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Is willing to learn, cross-train, and jump in to help the team.

  • Can communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors.

  • Can safely lift up to 75 pounds and spend extended periods standing, walking, stooping, and lifting.

What It's Like Here

This isn't a sit-at-a-desk-all-day kind of job. You'll be on your feet, moving materials, operating equipment, solving problems, and working alongside a team to keep things moving.

We're looking for someone who's dependable, safety-minded, willing to learn, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with schedules subject to change based on business needs. Overtime or occasional weekend work may be required.

What’s In It for You?

We believe great work deserves great rewards! As a Warehouse Associate/Operator, you'll receive:

  • Starting pay of $18/hour
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) to enjoy some well-earned time away
  • 11 paid company holidays
  • Company-matched retirement plan to help you plan for the future
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Company-paid life insurance
  • Paid training and opportunities to cross-train and build your skills

Plus, you'll be joining a team where you can work with a variety of equipment, learn different areas of the operation, and become a valuable part of a team where everyone plays a role in keeping things moving.

If you're ready for a hands-on role where no two days are exactly the same, we'd love to meet you!
