About the Job:

As a team member of our Customer Service team, specialized in Export, you will oversee the entire export process for the Africa & Middle East region. You will ensure precise order processing, full compliance with export regulations, and outstanding customer service, while effectively collaborating with customers, internal teams across Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, as well as external service providers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take orders and advise regional Account Managers on product availability and process-related questions, while keeping them informed throughout the order flow
  • Manage export orders in the ERP system from order entry through delivery follow-up
  • Prepare and validate export documentation, including customs paperwork, certificates, and shipping documents
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
  • Coordinate with logistics, customs, and internal teams to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding order status, delays, and solutions
  • Handle claims, returns, and issue resolution promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and monitor product availability and lead times

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, export administration, or international logistics
  • Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, customs documentation, and export compliance
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Excel skills
  • Fluent in English, French and Dutch; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in an international environment
