Customer Service Specialist (w/m/d) – Eastern Europe Hub

Location: Poland, Lodz

Do you enjoy working with customers, solving challenges and collaborating with colleagues across different countries?

We are building our centralized Eastern Europe Customer Service Hub in Poland and are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working in an international environment and wants to contribute to delivering excellent customer experiences across the region.

What you will do

Be the trusted contact for our customers

You will support customers across Eastern Europe by handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

Manage customer orders from start to finish

You will enter orders into our ERP system, monitor their progress and ensure smooth delivery coordination.

Build strong customer relationships

You will support customers with inquiries, provide updates and help resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work across multiple departments

You will collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Planning and Customer Service colleagues to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

Become a product and process expert

You will develop knowledge of product availability, lead times and internal processes to provide reliable information and support.

Maintain accurate records and documentation

You will manage orders, returns, credits and customer-related information with attention to detail and accuracy.

Contribute to continuous improvement

You will actively participate in team meetings, customer discussions and improvement initiatives while bringing your own ideas and solutions.
