About the Job:

Reporting to the local Operartions Manager, the Warehouse Manager will supervise our warehouse workers and tire fitters, both inhouse and external. To assure the quality and timely execution of our service activities, they will follow up their performance as well as perform tire fitting and logistics tasks themselves.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train tire fitters and warehouse workers.
Coordinate and perform logistic activities.
Fitting tires, painting rims, …
Maintain warehouse and vans in good order, monitor stock levels of consumables.
Follow up KPIs of service personnel
Respect of safety and quality procedures will help prevent incidents or claims
Reporting and monitoring of service activities performance

Key Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in logistics, preferably in the tire industry
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and professional English
High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree is a plus
Strong people management skills
Analysing and reporting skills

Security and confidentiality

Appropriate technical and organizational security measures are taken and maintained to protect personal data against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss of personal data.

Your personal data will be kept in confidence and we will hold it during the recruitment process, until the recruitment process is completed and for a period of up to two years thereafter, in order to be able to defend potential legal claims (we will keep only that data which might be useful for a potential legal claim).

If you have not applied for an advertised post, your personal data will be held for a period of twelve months and if you withdraw your consent before the end of that period, we will no longer save your personal data.
