About the Job:

Reporting to the local Operartions Manager, the Warehouse Manager will supervise our warehouse workers and tire fitters, both inhouse and external. To assure the quality and timely execution of our service activities, they will follow up their performance as well as perform tire fitting and logistics tasks themselves. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train tire fitters and warehouse workers.
  • Coordinate and perform logistic activities.
  • Fitting tires, painting rims, …
  • Maintain warehouse and vans in good order, monitor stock levels of consumables.
  • Follow up KPIs of service personnel
  • Respect of safety and quality procedures will help prevent incidents or claims
  • Reporting and monitoring of service activities performance

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in logistics, preferably in the tire industry
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and professional English
  • High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Strong people management skills
  • Analysing and reporting skills
